Murgh Angara |
Ingredients:
- 400 gms boneless chicken
- 100 gms cheese
- 250 ml curd
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 10 gms finely chopped green chili
- 10 gms finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
- Salad, potato chaat and onion rings.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Marinade it by- Adding curd, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies, crumbled cheese, ginger, garam masala powder and seasoning. Mix well. Check the seasoning.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Skewer the chicken pieces and cook in the tandoor or barbecue for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot on the hot sizzler tava (griddle), garnished with coriander leaves.
