- 400 gms chicken breasts
- 100 gms ginger-garlic paste
- 50 gms Kashmiri chili powder
- Salt and pepper according to taste
- 100 gms hung curd
- 50 ml. fresh cream
- 4 tsp. crushed peppercorns
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. black cumin seeds
- 2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Serve with onion rings and mint chutney.
- Marinate the chicken breasts with ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
- Skewer the chicken breast pieces and cook in a tandoor till done.
