Ingredients:
  • 400 gms chicken breasts
  • 100 gms ginger-garlic paste
  • 50 gms Kashmiri chili powder
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • 100 gms hung curd
  • 50 ml. fresh cream
  • 4 tsp. crushed peppercorns
  • 4 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. black cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp. garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Serve with
  • Serve with onion rings and mint chutney.
Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Skewer the chicken breast pieces and cook in a tandoor till done.
